Hi, I and my family have been virgin media customers since it was NTL World and I'd like some advice regarding old email addresses.
I am trying to move my emails from virgin but before I could ensure an old address was totally obsolete I have had an important email go to it. It's one I have access to on my phone but can't access via the website as it says my pw is wrong but it's the same as how I access it on my phone.
There are a couple of problems, one is that the email I need may be in the spam folder on the server which I can only access on the website, I had to change my main accounts options so it didn't do this as I was missing important emails but never did it on this secondary account.
The other issue is I'm not sure which account this actually belongs to as it could be from when I lived with my parents, I when I lived with my ex or from when I moved into my own place.
Is there anyway I can regain access on the website or have all the mail on the server sent to an alternative address so it can then be closed down?

Hey Yvos, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear you are having some email problems.
just to be clear sorry, you are changing some emails address over?
If you have sent one from the Virgin email, you should be able to login on this and still find the email most likely in the sent folder?
Have you been in the sent folder yet?
Also to confirm you still have active services with us?
You can manually do this but we wouldn't set up a server to send emails elsewhere, we can look at deleting the email address for you if you wish though?
