Hello,

I've been using my Blueyonder email account on my phone for years but I cannot remember the password. My phone seems to have lost this password now I can not access the emails at all and it doesnt let me use this email address when trying to log in online. Who can I speak to in order to reset the password?

    Assuming that you are a current paying VM broadband customer, then you need to call customer services and get them to reset the password for you.

    Now if you aren’t a current customer, then the most likely explanation is that the email address, mailbox and all the mail within it has been deleted, and if this is the case then, I’m afraid to say, it’s gone, VM won’t, indeed can’t help you, because, to be fair, you aren’t a customer.

    Adam_Brookes I would suggest that you hold fire on trying to make any password changes until the current Virgin Media Mail outage is fully resolved.
