With the TNT package we are supposed to get Discovery plus but I’ve not got it

There haven't been any updates regarding Discovery + availability on VM.

Thank you that’s cleared that up. 
I think VM need to be in line with sky in this instance

I agree - It is disgraceful that it is not included with TNT Sports. I am on the ultimate volt bundle and I get netflix included, I hope VM reach an agreement with Discovery soon so we get it included at no extra cost!

Direct your complaint to Discovery who have not agreed a deal with VM let alone written the app to run on VM's 360 and Stream boxes.
