Hi I have seen so many people ask same question about this email. Response people have received is very confusing. They have been told legit email others been told the email is  raising concerns. So I want to be told the correct answer? This had been going on for years so how this not been solved already.??

Also can anyone let me know what I'm doing wrong as when search Virginmedia@uk.matchbox.maruhub.com on forum my message not showing only others I seen with same issue 

I recall receiving a satisfaction survey from these guys. It was fine (although VM completely ignored the feedback of course).

Search either the word

'matchbox' or 'maruhub'

and you'll find more topics on the forum (including your own)

They describe themselves as a 'global insight partner'

As per @Tudor, don't bother filling in surveys. All you do is give out more personal info about yourself and the most likely result of that will be more email spam to your inbox.

The domain “matchbox.maruhub.com” appears to be associated with Maru/Matchbox, a global insight partner. They use proprietary software to connect with people relevant to their clients’ needs1. If you received an email from “virginmedia@uk.matchbox.maruhub.com” asking you to fill in a survey, it’s advisable to exercise caution. You might want to report it for security purposes1. 🛡

 
I don't fill in surveys either

For purposes of the thread I have just found my email from this lot from November 2020 and copy it below:
