Virgin Media O2 ID

Hey,

I am trying to manage my sim card but when I land at O2 I get a "You don’t have a Virgin Media O2 ID yet" message along with "Don’t worry - we’ll email you soon with an invitation to link your Virgin Media and O2 login details, which will create your new Virgin Media O2 ID."

I have not received anything. What else do I need to do?

You don't have to do anything. As far as I know having a joint VMO2 ID username isn't compulsory.  You should still be able to access your O2 account using your existing O2 account username and password.

I can't ever recall setting one up - will see what the deal is. I just want to add another sim.

Also note VM will redirect you to O2 for any O2 related SIM issues.
