they don't generally do censoring unless defamatory/legal or seen as a risk to security of their network. They are actually better than many other ISP's in this respect.
The forum staff are onshore and generally try to help, but you have to remember, they too are up against internal fractures, empires and bad process just as much as the customer 🙂
