VM have provided their wonderful new Hub 4 - which isn't wonderful and doesn't work properly (as many others have found - blank screen when logging in).
On here, VM are asking stupid questions to get me to 'prove who I am' - such as when my next bill date is - which of course they don't show on my account, and my bill date varies each month so could be any of a number but VM won't help me without the 'right date'. (I've already told them everything they need.)
I have had enough of VM - any suggestions from others on a good broadband provider?
