UHD movies with Stream boxes

I have just joined Virgin and have subscribed to nearly everything including UHD, unfortunately I am been advised that the only UHD content I can watch is the 4 Sky Sports Channels, I can see the option for the UHD Movies but it wont let me stream them, is there any solution for this or am I locked out of something that I would expect to be standard now?

    Sorry to hear of your concerns with the UHD channels. 

    Sky Sports UHD and Sky Movies UHD are two different add-ons. Do you see on your stream subscription page that you're currently subscribed to Sky Cinema/Entertainment UHD?
