Stream subscriptions not working

For months I've been unable to add subscriptions to my stream account. I've tried online, via the stream box itself and by web chat and nothing ever seems to work. 2 days ago the only subscription I had that worked (tnt sports) I got an email to confirm that it has been removed from my account at my request. I obviously had not requested it to be removed but it seems virgin media decided to take it off.

I get the same error code on the box TS2/1/2/ERR_400/302/400. I've tried to tell an agent via the chat but nothing has been sorted. 

I'm sure I wouldn't get such shoddy support from the likes of sky etc.

      Many months and several phone calls later I still can not add subscriptions to my account!!
