Stream box

Hi, can someone tell me why my stream box is causing my tv standby light to flash. I've had it a while but never used it till now, I've tried turning everything off for a while and then plugging it back in but it is still happening. If I pull the hdmi cable out it stops, other than that it appears to work fine.

      Hi meode thanks for posting although we're sorry to hear of the concerns you've raised here.

      It is likely to be a faulty LED light on the box itself, is this still happening now for you or with a replacement HDMI cable? 

      If you need us to replace the box for you then please let us know.
