Stream box stopped

I’m new to stream and tonight the tv screen just turned black, after rebooting we see the Home Screen but channels are black then everything goes off. We have soft reset, changes HDMI and plugged in Ethernet - had the box for two days . Anything I can try ?

      Is the power button pressed in on the Stream box? Are there any lights showing on the box? See picture below for the meaning of the lights.

      What do you mean by a soft reset?   Turning off the switch on the box? Switching off/unplugging from the mains?

      Which reset method did you use?  he one via Settings > System > Reset?  (picture below)

      Or did you try either of the following?

      Unplug the USB from the back of the box and then hold the power button on the front of the box while  plugging the USB back in. (Keep hold of the power button while doing this)

      Keep holding the power button in when the Welcome screen appears for 5 seconds and then let go. 

      A menu will appear. Now tap the power button to select which reset option (hard or soft) you prefer. I would try the soft reset option first, and if that fails try the hard reset.

      Then hold the power button again for 5 seconds on the one selected option to reset it.

      You say that you've changed the HDMI cable, but have you changed the HDMI port on your TV, or double checked that the HDMI source input is correct on the TV?
      Are you using the power adapter that came with the Stream box? Are you connecting it directly via a usb port on the TV (which probably doesn't draw enough power)?
