Stream box not correctly linked to account at set-up and cannot add or remove services

Hi - I have exactly the same problem - and have spent many wasted hours with your support.

They even sent out an engineer to replace the Stream Box, but I get exactly the same error as before

Can you investigate and fix this?

    Same here i cant remove sky sports or netflix etc it just isnt working
