Stream box goes blank every now and then

Hi, I have had stream for about a year. This week after it’s been on for a few hours the screen will go black as if it’s turned off. Then about 10 seconds later it all comes back on. It’s not rebooted as it comes back to the program I was watching. I have tried disconnecting box from the mains for 5 minutes and have done factory reset, but it’s still not fixed it.
