Hey nunyabiznis, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear this, also a warm welcome to the community.
Is this the same image as posted above?
What TV shows are you having issues with?
Please do keep us updated and post any examples you can do.
This is what I see. From the home screen I can access the featured watchlist item, but the full list is inaccessible and I just get the spinning wheel.

Thanks for coming back to us nunyabiznis, are you having any broadband issues at the same time, I have to ask this question to make sure that we have all bases covered, have you tried to reboot both your TV box and router since the issues started and also removed and re-install the app?
Are you having issues trying to use apps such as Netflix, BBC iplayer or ITV x?
Have you tried to access the content via a data connection to see if you have the same issue?
Kind Regards,
Steven_L

Steven, I think you're misreading the issue. The issue is that the full watchlist – not individual content – is inaccessible in the app. On the Stream puck, it's absolutely fine for us. Whether the app is accessed on mobile or in a web browser, it's trying to connect to a broken link. This happened right after the tech team moved the watchlist on the Stream puck to its own separate menu item – they directed to that new link in the puck software but this hasn't been updated in the app. Until they update the link in the app and push out a new version, nothing will change.

My apologies, I have read your explanation and now correctly understand the issues, I can see that the agent has escalated this further up to be looked into. I cannot see any further updates at the moment for the issues and team should get in touch with you again, should they have an updates or further questions that they need to ask.
Kind Regards,
Steven_L
