no UHD channels as promised

Question

I had my services activated on Saturday. When I agreed to move over, I was told I can have UHD on sports and movies, and anything available. When we went to watch sports, I had to upgrade. A bit of a pain but thought, ok. Tried to watch a movie but was told it couldn’t be done online, had to call.
I spoke to someone on Sunday and said they will sort it. Nothing happened. Called again today to be told it’s not available. So, my question is it ever going to be available and how come it’s not?
&nbsp;I’ve been impressed with everything so far after being with sky for so long, but this is a pain, and I feel I’m not getting what I was promised.

Sorry to hear of the package issues around the movies and sports UHD content, we appreciate you taking the time to raise this via the forums and welcome to the community.
We offer Sky Sports UHD as an addon, we don't offer the Sky Cinema UHD channels but if you have subscribed to this any UHD movie content via On Demand will be available. Does your package and the contract received indicate either of these were included? Have you tried the UHD content via On Demand to see if it is available to you?
TNT Sports if you have subscribed does also have a UHD channel, it's called 'Ultimate' and is usually at the bottom of the options for the TNT channels via the guide.

Hi thanks for getting back to me I tried to watch something on the on demand uhd and it says that it is not available I can watch all the free uhd content but obviously that’s free I’m guessing that when the free trial is over I can upgrade to that&nbsp;
