How does Virgin provide TV in my area if there's no existing coax?

Virgin Media went live in my area a couple days ago through the existing Upp XGS-PON network they purchased a few months ago. However they also provide TV service and I'm just curious onto how? I thought even the "new" 360 boxes required Coax for the tv signal (There is 0 coax by Virgin here, the nimbys were very against Virgin digging up the roads to put it in)

The only TV service in XGS-PON areas is Virgin Stream, as it is an IPTV product. The good news is that from this week XGS-PON customers can now have up to 6 Stream boxes per account. Virgin 360 is a broadcast receiver with cable tuners driving the box, so is only available on HFC or RFoG networks.
