Home screen on start up
Why does my box always start up on the home screen rather than the channel that is selected?
It's really annoying having to press back every time I turn my virgin streaming box on.

Sorry to hear of the frustration caused by your set top box, we appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback via the forums.
Can you confirm how the set top box is turned off? Is it completely turned off or in standby? You mentioned it is a streaming box, is this a Stream or Flex box or a standard set top box?
That's just the way the Flex box works, Paul555. Powering it off via the remote and then powering it back on will always bring up the home screen with live TV in the bottom-right corner.
