Having issues with quality of picture

Started last night but the image quality seems to be struggling, almost as if its stuttering, dropping HD.

Checked on my app and it says theres an issue, with a number F011956234, what does this mean?

    Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community. Apologies for any picture issues. 

    The F number is a fault ticket reference. We've checked this today and the estimated fix date is today at 6pm, however, the last comment suggests that final checks are taking place to close the ticket. Are you still having issues?

    Its still doing it still, especially and the most noticeable with Sky Sports and watching football, its seems to really struggle to maintain HD and it just seems to be jittery, like the frame rates are dropping. 

    Everything had been great until Friday night and now, its rubbish tbh.

        Sorry, had no notification of your reply.

        Theres no fault showing now but as i've mentioned, since the Friday night football match, the HD keeps dropping and the image quality isn't smooth. I've tried resetting and running a Ethernet cable, but nothing improves, if anything it seemed worse with the cable. 

  • Can anyone help, still having the issue with the quality on Sky Sports, not sure what to do?!

      Sorry to hear this is still not resolved for you yet. 

      Do you find this only happens on Sky Sport channels, or on a channel superficially? Any patterns at all, such as time or programmes affected?
      Since the fault has been resolved as of 22/08/25, have you fully rebooted/power cycled the set-top box and router? If not, please give this a try and let us know how you get on.

        Hi Carley,

        Unfortunately it has been most noticeable with all the Sky Sports channels, but as ive had more time with this issue, it is across all channels.

        As of now though, either when i check via the app or website, when i run test your equipment, it shows my broadband having no issues but says it cannot connect to my TV, it was doing this yesterday as well.

        Also, ive followed the websites advice for rebooting/resetting, nothing has changed.
