Adding Stream subscriptions issue

Three weeks after raising a support ticket due to being unable to add subscriptions via the Stream box or via the MyVM website, I received an e-mail from the "Resolutions Team" this lunchtime suggesting I try adding subscriptions via the Stream box or via the MyVM website! 

They also keep telling me "We’ve tried to contact you to discuss in more detail, but we were unable to reach you." I must keep miss seeing the carrier pigeon fly past my house. 

You couldn't make up how bad the customer service from this organisation is!
