I have a stream box and I rang VM today to ask if I could have a 2nd box. They said I would need to take the bigger combo bundle and a Tivo box and quoted me £117pm. I'm paying £52pm for 1GB broadband plus a stream box, so I was astonished at the price I was quoted. Is this correct because it seems like pure exploitation?

Adding a stream box shouldn't increase the price significantly, so that appears to be an error by the agent. We do apologise for that.
