is anyone else's wifi genuinely terrible, especially while gaming?
it's really upsetting me. I have my pc very close to the router, and the connection is still terrible.

Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community.
Apologies for any gaming issues. We've done a check here and no issues or outages are showing. The Hub is showing as being up online for over 3 months. Although designed to be powered on for a long period, it would benefit from an occasional reboot.
As you've advised the PC is close to the Hub, can this be connected via Ethernet?If it's also just a WiFi issue, we'd advise downloading the Connect App - https://www.virginmedia.com/broadband/connect-app and when downloaded, running a wireless scan in each room of the property. This will check the connection and optimise where needed. If a Pod needed, you'll be prompted to order.
Never Game on WIFI, always use a cable. And dont game with a VM HUB in Router mode.
Gaming is always best with a wired connection.
If it’s that close why are you not using an Ethernet connection?
dont have ethernet ports? at uni?
