Eu servers unplayable.

For some reason after playing deadlock or CS2 (bother valve games) for a while on EU servers I begin having extreme internet upload jiters making the game unplayable. Looking at the BQM you can see the upload is getting extremely overloaded (yes I was playing untill 6am ok). The error never affects download only upload experiences these issues. As a test I tried simply uploading a file to a remote NAS I have in paris and that is what you can see as the 2nd spike. I then used a different laptop which resulted in the smaller spike after so I don't think it's a pc issue though I don't know how this graph would behave. For some reason the remote NAS in paris wouldn't let me upload over 2mb/s (despite me being able to upload to it at 10mbs in a public cafe). Uploading to Yandex drive however achieved my maximum 20mb/s and 0 jitters with the mqb being perfectly stable. I'm at a loss of what could be causing this and how to diagnose it more thoroughly. Could my PC be ddosing my own network upload? Is my modem broken or is it a virgin network issue. Any help would be much apreciated
