There is currently a wide scale issue with destiny not working on virgin. Players are enable to connect fully . There’s a big spike on down detector and Reddit thread that has narrowed it down to a virgin service issue . What is causing this ?
It is the same for COD too since 10pm last night and this morning. You can connect if you use VPN.

In last few minutes i can see virgin replying to people with what looks like a copy/paste response.
"Hi, thanks for contacting us although I'm sorry to hear you're having some issues with this service. We're currently investigating this matter to establish what could be the cause."
I guess we poor paying customers will have to wait and see.
Definitely a VM issue.
Everyone I know has the same issue and it is purely VM users with this issue. I connected to my phone on 02 and it worked fine.

Yep it's down for me, it's defo virgin media fault destiny 2 works if you hot spot your mobile network (O2) but broadband is not working.
Hi, just to chime in here, I am also unable to login to Destiny 2.
(I'm based in north London, though it seems to be affecting everyone on VM at the moment?)
Xbox network check not listing Nat type after lots or reboots network router restart's etc done the lot.
So Come on Virgin please turn the computer off and back on again that will fix it 😁
OK so I managed to get COD working - not sure if its coincidence and they fixed it at the same time or whether what I done actually worked - not sure how this will help you with Destiny but here is what I done for Warzone COD :
Shouldn't have to go to this extreme to connect to a game that previously works on another network
Yeah - COD works fine if you use VPN on PC too.
This isn't a fix, it's a workaround. The easiest workaround is to use a VPN (UK)
