Your Virgin Media Mail account is currently unavailable

I'm aware there were issues yesterday and I was unable to access my emails for several hours.

I am now getting new emails, but all emails from my inbox (i.e. not in a folder) between yesterday and August 2023 have vanished....

    I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the email you are having. 😞
    May I ask if this issue is on the app such as Outlook or is this on the web page email of Virgin Media?

    Sometimes an app may not load due to technical issues but the web page will always show the correct inbox and data.

      Thanks for ocnfirming this,

      Can you confirm with this have you checked all deleted/junk folders to make sure these haven't filtered through into there? You may also with to check your email settings to make sure they are all correct.

    Hi - yes have confirmed that none sitting in junk/archive etc. Not really tech savvy but as far as I can see my settings are all correct??

    Any ideas?

      No worries, can I just confirm its only from August 2023 and no other emails have gone missing?

      Do you know how many have gone missing?

      The deleted folder there is nothing in there at all?
