When are Virgin going to release some kind of statement about the email and account issues?
I find it disgusting that there has been no official word or statement from VM about a timescale for resolving this mess. Its clear from this forum that thousands are affected. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has remained loyal with VM over the years largely due to the linked email accounts which we are now unable to access. Reading this forum over the past few days has opened my eyes about the company and its very clear the email service is not one that they prioritise so as soon as this mess is sorted and I have access to my emails I'll be swiftly changing over all my associated accounts away from the virgin email address and will then have no remaining tie to the company when my contract is due for renewal. I'm so frustrated by the lack of acknowledgement of a widespread issue and timescale to resolve.
