It seems like I've been though the same aplaver as everyone else today.
I was asked to reset the passwords for my main account and a secondary email address. Both seemed to go through fine, and I can access the emails via webmail, but can I get my main email (from the secondary address) using Outlook and POP3?
Nope, it keeps telling me myusername or password is wrong.
The same password howeve, lets me access webmail fine???
Anyone got any ideas?
What a superb upgrade! Now I can't access ANY of my email except for via Webmail. It's funny as for a few months I've been thinking about moving all of my email to GMail, maybe it's time to start that?
whats gone wrong with virgin been trying to get emails all day asked to join virgin/o2 tried that all i get is this message IDF-12B rang virgin with this and was told they are having problems it might be a few days before they sort it i need to access my emails
If you are setting up an email program, are you using the app password generated from My VM along with your VM email address?
Tried the passkey it generated for me and the new password I set, neither is accepted.
Meanwhile a 3rd account which I've not even logged into yet, nor been forced to change the password with is working fine.
