Webmail error

Hi, I am trying to compose a new email, but get this error: 

Error

The connection to remote server dcdir-prd-nl1-vmo.nl1.unified.services was refused or timed out while attempting to connect. Please try again later.

Is there an issue at present? My Outlook email account is also refusing to connect, and asking for the 4 group password.

    My ntlworld and virginmedia email accounts stopped responding through webmail and pop3 in the last couple of hours.

      The issue now appears to have resolved itself.
