Virgin webmail flagging bona fide senders as spam

Two senders are regularly getting flagged as spam by VM before they reach my email client.  One of them I have put into VM address book but it still does it. I always click not spam when I find them in VM spam, but they still get sidelined before reaching my client inbox.

    FWIW spam filtering of future messages is not influenced by manual correction of mis-identified spam.

    Wait for a forum team member to respond to your post to have the mis-identification of spam corrected
