Virgin Secondary Email account is missing today or lost by Virgin
Since joining Virgin over 8 years ago we have always had two virgin email accounts - up until today ! I can no longer access my secondary email account. Have called Virgin twice myself but they say it is with technical and could be 5 days before getting sorted. I called my IT guy and he came over and also spoke with Virgin and they were not able to give a reason why I could not access my secondary account. This is my main email account which I use for virtually everything and have always kept the main account for more sensitive and personal matters. I am so very upset . Virgin have not put me at ease. I have just renewed my contract with Virgin for 18 months but I am now having doubts ! ! I am so worried I will not get the second account back - so if I cannot have my 2 email accounts which I have had for over 8 years not sure why I need Virgin !! Any suggestions ?
