Virgin Media Mail account is currently unavailable
I am unable to send email so starting at community.virginmedia.com
1st attempt the page www.virginmedia.com/help/broadband/manage-email-account
advises how to access email with url www.virginmedia.com/myvmo2
but the link offers just two options sign in or register
and the sign in link actually goes to 'add package extras' and billing info, no option to enter user name and password;
going back to www.virginmedia.com/help/broadband/manage-email-account
there is a link to mail.virginmedia.com/ but this says my Mail account is currently unavailable
it says to enter a new password at www.virginmedia.com/my-virgin-media
but this again goes to the 'add package extras' and billing info, page with no option to enter user name and password;
I am receiving mail as normal but cannot send, how can I get past this?
tried to send all this to community but it was deleted before I could press send;

asked to sign in at link https://my.virginmedia.com/home/index
but this goes to www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-media-mail-unavailable
and this is the same as above; how can I resolve this?

even though it was solved via a PM which is a useless solution to anyone else);
other replies advised these steps
•1 Sign in to My Virgin Media;
•2 Go to Account settings, then Account details
•3 Tap Manage next to Manage your Virgin Media Mail app password under Virgin Media Mail. then under Virgin Media Mail app password tap Get password;
•4 Continue the flow and a new secure password will be generated.
This fails at step 1 as reported above
