virgin media mail account currently unavailable- endless loop

Hi , I hope you can help. I have blueyonder email account which I can sign into on my phone app. I wanted to access this via my virgin media and have it on my laptop but I am at a loss as to how to do this. When I am in my virgin media account and select the virgin mail link I get the message Your Virgin media mail account currently unavailable. The recovery advice in the message says to go into my virgin media and change password then go to the virgin mail link. I have tried this but the link just keeps giving same message as above. Has anyone got any ide how to resolve this ? I just want to be able to access my blueyonder mails on my laptop. Any help would be much appreciated
