Unable to open. Email

For over two weeks I have unable to confirm  my e mail . Keep getting  message  confirmation sent to email but nothing ever  comes no end of calls have resulted  in nothing.  Had message  4 days ago saying could they call on my phone number confirmed . No call . Is there anyone  here that can sort this . Or am I just wasting  money having  virgin at all

  • sorry have been having problems getting on here !

    the problem is with VMO2 login. Every time the PC reboots ( ie windows upgrade etc) or just closes for any other reason. I have to re-register , If I check on your site I am given the message I do not have an account. It even happens when your e mail is timed out and requires re opening.

    This on top of the time spent on captua ( last time it took 26 mins )means I will be looking to move once contract is finished

    Have moved most e mails to another other company.

  • Was text 48 hrs ago asking if the tec team could call me on the number that it came on . Guess what no call . This company is a joke. Moved all but one email addresses to new site. Looking forward to cancelling  my account.  But ther is no compo for this farce
