Unable to log in to my emails

out of the blue,one week ago I was unable to open up my emails after logging in to my virgin account. I got a blank white screen with 3 small grey buffering circles in the middle of it. To cut a long story short and after talking to 3 different customer service people over a period of a few hours, I'ts still not working. I had to generate a new 3rd party email address eventually and can still log in to my virgin account but I am still met with a blank screen and buffering circles which persist after many reloads and retries. Anyone any suggestions as virgin cant seem to fix the problem.

    Just to confirm can you access the email via the website at all?

    Or no matter how you try and access them you are getting this white blank screen?

    Are pops up allowed?

      Thanks for replying Matthew. Virgin did create new 3rd party email address for me which does enable me to get into my account on virgin media. It is when I then click on virgin  email that I then get the blank screen with buffering circles. I have tried using my tablet and my mobile phone but with the same result. Don' remember seeing anything about pop ups.

      I did manage to get in to my emails once two days ago after reloading and retrying literally about 10 times but i only got the email list on the left side of the page, the latest 3 days worth of emails eventually appeared but I could do nothing with them. I could not open them up, could not open settings and could not open 'compose new email'. I have had no joy since then at getting any emails.

        Okay we did have some email issue over the last few days, however this is now fixed.

        I would make sure any ad blockers are off and any VPN's are also off.

        Is your laptop / other devices all fully updated also?
