Time to sort out the spam/phishing VM?

Just one question VM: What exactly does it take for your filters to stop this crap getting through to your customers?

      Thanks Carley. As you can see from my screenshot I'm doing everything that I can to stop spam / phishing emails from landing in my inbox. The sender was already blocked, and the messages arrive in my 'Junk' folder. 

      However, in the link you sent me it says, "Virgin Media Mail has state-of-the-art technology to help protect you by filtering as much suspected spam out of your inbox as possible.", but your state-of-the-art technology can't identify three identically titled spam emails all sent within 20 minutes, but my email software can … 

      It's not about my set up, it's about the set up at VM.
