This Virgin Media email address isn’t valid

Hello,

 

When I attempt to login I am forever getting “This Virgin Media email address isn’t valid” however I am receiving emails to my email via my iPhone so I know it works.

I am wanting to access my account so I can look at my billing.

    Jacobmwood​  This message usually means that you have set a third party email address as the username for the account.  Have you tried logging in with that?
