Sorry to hear about your recent experience with us and that you are having some difficulties accessing your emails.
Following the recent changes to our My VM platform (Which is now VMO2 ID) you will be required to login and verify your account in order to continue accessing the platform - and by proxy, your webmail account. We'd like to sincerely apologise if you were not correctly informed of this when seeking further support by phone.
You will require an account for each of your sub-user email accounts, so that you can generate 3rd party mail app passwords if needed.
