Still no access to emails - day 5
I haven't been able to access my virgin.net emails since Friday. I get an error message saying the server took too long to respond. I have had this account for 25 years and have no idea why it has stopped working. I can't access emails via webmail on my phone or laptop. I've tried using mobile data rather than wifi. I have managed to add the account to my gmail account, and think I will gradually transfer totally to gmail, but I still need access to my actual virgin.net account. I can log into my virginmedia account no problem. Moderators have confirmed there was an issue over the weekend which has been solved so everything should work now. It hasn't worked for me as I'm still having the same issue. Please can someone at Virgin fix this asap as it's extremely frustrating.
