Secondary email account - cannot sign in
I have an old Blueyonder email account that I need to retrieve emails from. The old password does not work anymore so I would like to change it. I have followed all on line assistance and still can't access or change pass word, I see from the Forum others are having similar problems and receiving little assistance from Virgin Media.
Is anyone able to help?
