Removing additonal accounts on My Virgin Media
I have received a postal letter, addressed to *main account user*, stating:
"We have identified you as being an *additional* My Virgin Media account user. You will be terminated on *two weeks from today*.."
On this account, there are 2 admin account users and 7 email accounts, from decades old blueyonder account to multiple email@virginmedia.com box users all of which are active. That the account will reduce itself to 'one main VM admin user' is ok, but I need to know, is email being affected here, which Virgin admin account is being deleted exactly (?), and why is this whole process so Kafkaesque bizarre, as per?
Seriously, you cannot go sending out letters stating 'you are being deleted' with zero further information. Its like you hate PAYING customers.
