Re: Loss of Email - F010762348

I'm having the same trouble since the 'essential works' update of 29/06/23...although i can still log in to webmail, Thunderbird comes up with the following message: "connection to server imap.virginmedia.com timed out" there is no error code. Any ideas please?  Thank you.

    I have the same problem with thunderbird and my virginmedia and blueyonder emails cant see them in thunderbird

    Yes same on going problem here. When will VM fix this?

    Due to the recent issues we've had with our email service, there is a backlog of emails that are waiting to be sent out from our server, this may the reason you are getting the server error and connection issues. This should alleviate over time as the backlog is worked through.

      Any idea of the timeframe ? is it this week or this month?

      The thought of moving email was the only reason I hadnt pulled the plug following the recent increase
