Hi there, I am not a VM account holder but my very anxious and stressed 80 year old mother is! Do you have a telephone number she could contact (one that will actually answer, she’s 80!) in order to help her change her Blueyonder e-mail address password and work out why her e-mail is dropping out? Thanks for your help.

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re mother is having with her email account at the moment.
Is your mother able to login to her email account at all? If not, have you tried to use the 'Forgotten password' link, when trying to login?
If she is able to login to her email account, what happens, when you try to change the password?
