although i can access my email accounts, all the folders are ok but the inbox is not displaying received emails, spam gets through. If i send an email to my ntlworld.com email from a gmail account, it doesnt appear in the inbox. I have auto forward from my ntlworld.com email to my gmail and this appears to work showing that the ntlworld emails get through. Has anybody had a similar problem
I no longer have VM email to check the available settings but does the current VM system have an option to 'Keep a copy of the message' as per point 3 below (assuming you want to still forward to Gmail and also keep a copy of the message in the VM mailbox)?
tried all the things possible, emails auto forward to my gmail account but although keep copy checked, still not showing in inbox, exhausted all possible actions but thanks anyway
