Problems with VM emails on iPhone and outlook

Yesterday I had a problem sending e mails from my virgin media address on my iPhone and Outlook on my Dell desktop. I went onto my Virgin media account and it said I had to change e mail address which I did. I ended up changing password for vm account and various codes for e mail address for apps. After trying to get back into e mails on my iPhone I got this message.

I left it overnight and today I tried again. Then I got this message

I don’t know if I am coming or going. Not sure which e mail or user names I am supposed to be using or which passwords. Still shut out of my emails on my iPhone, iPad and Dell desktop(Outlook).

Can anyone help please?

    Thanks for taking the time to post your email access issues via the forums, we understand the frustration and confusion issues of this nature can cause.

     

    If you have updated your account with a third party address, this is the one you would need to use to access your MyVM account and the emails. If you can try this with the updated password and let us know if this helps resolve the issue.
