Thanks for reaching out to us techweb, and we're sorry to hear of the issues experienced when trying to log into the account.
Can you please confirm if this is a case of not being able to log into My Virgin Media, or is in regards to not being able to review the E-Mail inbox upon logging into the My Virgin Media account?

I have sorted it now. It was my e-mail but it transpired I had to register my ntlworld e-mail with a different email address. All very strange.
I had another issue with e-mail a couple of months back where the password had to be changed for accessing e-mail from a client. All of this without communication which is very frustrating. Not your fault but please feed back that when making these changes that affect legacy clients (been with you for almost 30 years) we would like communication not lock out.- Steven_L
