Problems logging into account/email?

Not happy here either. Tried to sign in but it now requires a pin or password, plus 2FA as stated by the OP earlier, and another email address, but I'm not allowed to use either my blueyonder email address or my gmail email address which are both set up for my VM account, which means I will have to set up a third email account to have as a backup. This is ridiculous.

My landline also hasn't worked since 2023 and all VM wanted to do was to send out an engineer to check the phone line when all that needs to be done is to enable telephony in the router.
