Please help - access to VM Email

Hi, as part of moving to VMo2 ID last week I realised I no longer have access to my VirginMedia.com mailbox. I could sign in with my @Virginmedia.com email ok prior to the change last Monday and when I registered for my new VMo2 ID it found my 'Virginmedia.com' email address (I've tested using a random emailtest1234etc@virginmedia.com and it states email is not found). So this proves my email exists?

I need help accessing my VM email, when I login to the VMo2 portal using my VMo2 ID which has my viginmedia.com email address 'linked', I go to the 'quick link' for 'Virgin Media Email' and it shows a screen saying 'email is unavailable', this may be due to account being locked or disabled BUT it was successfully linked to my VM02 ID and I didn't have to click a 'verify' link (as I have no way of accessing that mailbox currently to verify it) but it worked when setting up VMo2 ID. I was able to successfully register VMo2 ID using my virginmedia.com email and also link my account and I can sign in ok to the main portal. I also successfully linked a backup email and verified that one.

So in summary, I need help to access my virginmedia.com emails please, at the moment the quick link states it's unavailable so I can't access the mailbox

  • There appear to be many people with the same or similar problems. I can sign in and send emails but I haven't received any, including ones I've sent myself to test it, for 3 days now.
