Hi, please help my old ntlworld email has been hacked. I can't seem to change the password as I need to access it through virgin media account but I have not been a customer for over 2 years. How do I change the password as I need this done urgently so they can't access my account again?
If you are no longer a VM customer, VM will only offer to delete the account. A VM person should reply here within a few days and should offer to arrange that for you. If a moderator or VIP picks this up they be able to get it done quicker for you.

We're very sorry to hear about the issue with your email address.
Sadly with the ntlworld email address we would be unable to reset the password for it.
We would only be able to delete the email address at this point. Please do let us know if you would like us to proceed with that.
