I used to have an NTL email that then moved over when Virgin took it over. It was linked to an old Virgin broadband account that we no longer have. I need to recover my old emails as they were in my maiden name and it has important information about my daughter in it. I have tried the forgot password, but it is saying my email is not valid. How can I get this back as we don't have the Virgin account any more? Thanks.
If you no longer have a VM broadband account, it is very likely that your mailbox has been deleted. See below

I'm sorry to advise that if the email address is not linked to an active services account it has become 'orphaned' and likely deleted. All email addresses no longer linked with an active services account should usually be closed within 90 days.
