I'm a bit lost. I cant find a way to ask questions, other than this way. Nor can I find the rules. When I sign in, I don't have the "start discussion" button like the one for here. So, apologies all round for being thick.
I want to delete my compromised blueyonder email, but it is the one I originally used to register with VM broadband.
Is it still true that I cannot delete that please? If not, I'll have to live with it - spam all

Welcome back to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your email account. If the email account that you referring to is your primary email account then you would not be able to delete the email address from our system as we cannot delete any primary email accounts. If you believe that your email account has been compromised you can follow the steps on the link here to help get your account back.
