Subject: Urgent : can not access my NTL virgin media email account.   Authentication Issue

Dear Virgin Media Customer Service Team,

Dear Virgin Media Customer Service Team,

I am writing to report a critical issue with accessing my Virgin Media email account.

The Problem: When I attempt to log in to my Virgin Media email, I cannot get past the authentication screen. I am certain of my credentials for my main Virgin Media account, but the email login process seems to be stuck or is rejecting my details.

What I have tried:

  • I can successfully log into my main My Virgin Media account to view my package details, bills, etc.
  • When I use the quick link or attempt to navigate to my email from within my main account, the separate email authentication step fails or just get blank screen
  • the manage your email account instructions do not work as i get into the failure re authentication
  • I have looked for a direct, self-service option to reset my email password/credentials but cannot find a clear path to do this within the portal.
  • the issue seems to be linked to recent changes when virginmedia and O2 account were linked which is when the email issue started.

Action Required:

I urgently need assistance with one of the following:

  1. A direct link or clear instructions on how to perform an email password reset or credential recovery.
  2. A manual reset of my email password by a technician so I can regain access.

Please advise on the quickest way to resolve this authentication loop and regain access to my email.
